'I oversee all design projects for dMC, working closely with Charlie. We've worked with each other for over five years and have reached a point, unlike many creative teams, where we understand what the other is driving at without having to explain. So he comes up with the initial ideas and how they might look and I develop that idea, adding my own twist to it as I work. And although I have several mac juniors, I like to do a lot of my own artworking as it keeps me in touch with the reality of design. Plus I'm better than them, of course.'
